The Ocoee River is best known for whitewater rafting, kayaking, and fishing. Local area outfitters may also provide mountain bike rentals and more! The Ocoee Whitewater Center is host to several annual events including the Ocoee River Days festival in September and the National Whitewater Freestyle Championships, which features acrobatic stunts and a whitewater rodeo in October of each year.

Just a short drive from our property, is beautiful Chilhowee Mountain. Hike up to Benton Falls, mountain bike along 25 miles of numerous trails, or enjoy the sandy beach and picnic areas around spring-fed McCamy Lake.
On Parksville Lake, there are two public beaches, boat ramps, a marina, boat rentals, and a restaurant (in season only) for your enjoyment.
All four of our cabins are located on 32 beautiful acres and are only five miles off Highway 64, located near both the Ocoee and Hiwassee rivers, at the foot of beautiful Chilhowee Mountain.
